Karcher Plaza

Karcher Plaza is a 17-acre masterplanned redevelopment fronting the 91 freeway and Harbor Boulevard in Anaheim.  Phase I will include a 90,000 square foot 3-story office build-to-suit for CKE Restaurants - construction is scheduled to commence in August of 2007.  Phase II of Karcher Plaza will involve retail and medical components.
