Nearly 30 years of direct management experience in commercial and industrial real estate related businesses. Mr. Nealey originated over 1,000,000 square feet of owner-user and third party build-to-suit facilities on behalf of Fortune 500 and corporate clients throughout the United States, negotiated over 2,000,000 square feet of lease agreements, and coordinated and completed multiple facilities consolidation, disposition and relocation assignments. Mr. Nealey graduated from the University of Washington with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biological Oceanography and Marine Zoology and received a Master of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the University of Puget Sound.
