Mark BennettPrincipal
Mr. Bennett is a senior real estate professional with over 22 years experience in the office, corporate headquarters and industrial property sectors. Mr. Bennett is a member of the Brokerage and Corporate Consulting Group and is a California licensed real estate broker. At PRES, Mr. Bennett’s focus is in the corporate consulting arena. Over his career, Mr. Bennett has developed strategic real estate plans for several Fortune 500 clients on a local, regional and national basis. Mr. Bennett’s strengths include lease restructuring, build-to-suit expertise, financial analysis, lease document and workletter negotiations and acquisitions. Mr. Bennett has consummated several of Orange County’s largest transactions and has completed assignments throughout California, as well as in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Tennessee, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania. Upon graduation from college, Mr. Bennett began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach as an office property specialist. He then joined New York based Julien J. Studley, Inc. where he became a top producing tenant advisory broker. Most recently, Mr. Bennett was Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Services Group. Mr. Bennett received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. |
