David Bonaparte joined PRES in January 2004.  He is responsible for managing the company’s acquisitions, investments and financings.  His responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, financing and closing transactions and financings, as well as overseeing leasing and asset management on a number of the company’s assets.

Prior to joining PRES, Mr. Bonaparte was the Director of Acquisitions at CNA Enterprises, where he acquired neighborhood retail and power centers located throughout the Western U.S.  

Prior to his tenure at CNA, Mr. Bonaparte worked at Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors and at the Yale University Investments Office. Mr. Bonaparte graduated from University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics, and from the Yale School of Management with an M.B.A. in Finance.
