John W. Fitzgibbon, Esq.Executive Vice President
A successful business lawyer with extensive corporate finance and real estate experience, Mr. Fitzgibbon spent 10 years in private practice at a prominent East Coast law firm. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fitzgibbon spent 8 years with Mobil Oil Corporation at their headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, where he was a division manager in the real estate department. Mr. Fitzgibbon brings to PRES a broad experience in tax exempt financing, corporate finance, commercial development and construction, leverage buy-outs, commercial leasing and corporate due diligence. Mr. Fitzgibbon provides expertise in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate, including leasing, debt and equity financing, acquisitions and divestitures, entity structuring, asset management and land development. The value of in-house legal is the ability to identify the issues immediately and resolve them in an expedient manner, thereby allowing the business transaction to continue. Mr. Fitzgibbon has represented lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers, and is well versed in negotiating and properly documenting a transaction. Mr. Fitzgibbon has also developed a strategic business plan for PRES as it continues to meet the demands of a complex and changing real estate market. Mr. Fitzgibbon received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, cum laude, from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association - Corporate and Real Estate Sections. |
