Gary HamroSenior Vice President, Development
Mr. Hamro is a seasoned real estate professional, with a particular expertise in the development area and has intimate knowledge of the process nurtured over 20 years in the business. Mr. Hamro is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California. At PRES, Mr. Hamro is the lead individual on all development projects. Mr. Hamro is well-versed in site analysis, highest and best use analysis, entitlement process and proforma and budget analysis. In addition, negotiating project entitlements, coordinating all aspects of the design and permitting process and due diligence review falls within the purview of Mr. Hamro. Temecula Corporate Center, a very successful office/flex tech/industrial project on 12 acres in Temecula, California has been spearheaded by Mr. Hamro. Prior to joining PRES, Mr. Hamro was Director of Real Estate at Johnson-Alexander & Associates, L.P., and had primary responsibility for its industrial development portfolio. Mr. Hamro began his real estate career as an industrial broker for Colliers Seeley International. Mr. Hamro has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University-Fullerton. |
