Ms. Henzie brings to PRES over 15 years of experience in development and property management accounting.  Ms. Henzie’s expertise includes preparation of financial statements, budget reports and financial forecasts.

At PRES, Ms. Henzie leads the accounting function and supervises a staff responsible for the financial reporting on the ever increasing portfolio of properties owned by PRES.  This responsibility includes verifying debt service payments, preparation of monthly and quarterly property reports, preparation of operating budgets and verification of property tax payments and bank statements.  In addition, Ms. Henzie coordinates all company financial reporting and interfaces with the outside accountants.

Prior to joining PRES, Ms. Henzie was the Controller for Tiarna Real Estate Services, Inc., where she was responsible for the complete set-up of a new accounting department for a start-up company.  Ms. Henzie also had stints with Jones Lang LaSalle and Donahue Schreiber, and has been exposed to various product types from office, residential and retail.

Ms. Henzie has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Concordia– Irvine.
