Professional Real Estate Services has bought a 64,849 square foot building at 4340 Von Karman Avenue, Newport Beach for $18 million.  Jon Nesbitt and Bob Griffith of Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office and Kevin Shannon of the firm’s South Bay office represented the seller, LNR Partners, while the buyer represented itself.
