In today's complex construction environment, cost overruns, delays and claims resulting in litigation can increase the original estimate of a project significantly, causing severe financial impact to companies. PRES is involved in the pre-construction services to track environmental requirements and governmental approvals, as well as securing consultants and contractors through the bid process and development of the construction budget. Once construction commences, PRES will monitor construction process, quality of construction and agency approvals.
